　　半島核成績的次要當事方是朝美兩家。作為半島唇齒相依的近鄰，中國當然也是處理半島核成績不可或缺的重要一方。為處理核成績，中方一直堅持半島無核化指標，堅持維護半島鞏固，堅持和平處理模式。迄今，中國為斡旋朝美接觸、推動六方會談傾瀉了全力，也為制訂并執(zhí)行安理會決定做出了奉獻。今后，咱們仍愿做一名“扳道工”，把半島核成績扳回到談判處理的軌道。我想強調的是，擁核不會平安，動武不是前途，復談還無時機，和平仍有宿愿。
